Brent A. Cope

Brent began his career in hospital administration in 1987 in California. He spent most of his career serving in hospital leadership positions including as CEO, in hospitals ranging in size from 35 beds to 350. He has experience working with some of the largest hospital chains as well as small physician-owned organizations with only two hospitals.
Originally from California, Brent earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton. He has served on various community local boards including United Way, YMCA, the American Lung Association and a number of Chambers of Commerce. He and his wife Karen Farrer Cope, have been married for 37 years and together they have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. He is an avid bicyclist and enjoys most activities associated with the great outdoors.
